Gelissen Group B.V. is a holding, located in (6181 MA) Elsloo at Business Park Stein 135. We are registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (Chamber of Commerce) under number 14094785. We are responsible for processing your personal data.

From you as an obligation holder, we process your name, company data if applicable, phone number, email address and financial data in order to issue the obligation. We keep your data until the end of the obligation period.
We have a commercial interest to use some of your personal details for information and marketing purposes. We process your name and email address for direct marketing and/or sending updates. We shall remove this data once you have unregistered or indicate that you don’t want to be approached by us anymore.
To make it possible for you to place reviews about our services, we process the contents of your message. Reviews about our services can be placed by us on our website and social media channels out of commercial interest and will be removed by us once they are no longer representative for our operational management or after you have requested us to do so.
When you want to contact us via our website we request your name and email address. By sending the contact form, this information becomes visible to us so that we can contact you. We shall not issue your data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the operational management or is required by law. In order to carry out an agreement, your data can be passed on to processors, parties involved in carrying out our agreement and external advisors. We enter into processing agreements with these third parties to protect your privacy the best we can. We will not sell your data to third parties.
